At 6am, we drove up to Ipoh to visit my parents. It was a surprise for them to see us standing outside the gate at 9:40am. My dear handed them angpows !
By 11:00am we went to Ulu Chepor waterfalls for a quick outing. My mother placed a mat on the ground for us to sit...
We held our hands firmly together as we walked in the stream, jumped from a rock to another & standing firm on slippery rocks....
After that, we had Indian food at Restaurant Samy at Chemor town. Great food to satisfy our hunger. There after, we returned home for afternoon nap & refreshed ourselves.
By 4:30pm, we drove back to KL. Sayonara. A tiring but meaningful day.
By 5:45pm, we came across many cars stopped at the side of expressway. I was wondering why but my dear was quick to realize that people are catching the occurrence of eclipse. What a breathtaking scene to see the silver linings of clouds are dissolved with rainbow colours. A celestial phenomena both of us enjoyed for the first time. What a beauty.
At 7:15pm, we were at home in Ampang, KL.
What a beautiful day...
I love you my dear for suggesting this roadtrip to my parent's place....
