I know i have been missing for a long time but i have a perfectly good explanation for that. Will share more bout it in my next post.;)
Something great happened last night and i cant just sit still. So i am happy to share it with the rest of you.
Last year, i shared bout Christ to two friends of mine and they accepted Him as their Lord and Savior. As they were new teachers from West Malaysia, i could relate to their predicament of being lonely and not being able to move around as they had no transport. So i took them under my wing. They stayed quite close to me and it was easy to help them when they needed it.
I would bring them to Bible Study, church, talk to them about their spiritual life and struggles they faced and help them through it.I remember passing them a lot of books and storybooks of all types to read. Some they could totally understand and some totally the opposite. As they were young and new in Christ, it was easy to mentor them and they were interested and willing to learn more.
THEN, this year they moved further away from me and they also bought a car and started giving tuition classes too. There was less communiciation between us and even their attendance too bs and church seemed to dwindle.I was perplexed.I just hoped they remembered to pray and reminded them a few times too. They reassured me that they were still praying though they were not as interested as last year.MY HEART SANK!
I could only remember them in prayer and since we were too busy,we did not communiciate for almost three months.During this period of three months, each time i think of them, i would feel a little sad.How is it in just one year, someone could forget their love for God.I would then pray for them to draw closer to God.
Last night,I GOT TO KNOW THE WHOLE STORY.Indeed as i thought, they were drifting away slowly from the Lord BUT once GOD HAS A HOLD ON YOU, HE NEVER LETS YOU GO. One of the girls decided to start attending baptism classes to the church nearby her house. Its in Mandarin, a language she is more fluent in.She admitted the first few classes she was really bored but by the third class, the Lord had gotten her attention. She was looking forward for each class and wanting to learn more. She was very excited telling me her story yesterday.Whats more her other friend was also experiencing God and she could see God's hand and His will happening in their lives.
Yesterday and even right now, all i could do is just smile to myself.I was so worried that they would forget Christianity but God who is their FATHER loves them more than me.He did not give up on them but PURSUED THEM.He did not forget them.
They had me to lead and guide them last year, but i believe this year that God wanted them to learn to fly on their own.He could either stir the nest to get them to fly or be there with them to stop them from falling.
My PAPA knows what he is doing.

Well, well, well, what an interesting turn of events. Yes, the faithfulness of God towards us is never ending. May we be faithful to Him through thick and thin.
